New Remarks on the Bio-Psycho-Social Approach

The so-called Bio-Psycho-Social approach, as referred to the mental health sciences and their clinical practice, is either a plain truism or a meaningless partition of an indivisible object, which in its essence does not allow any kind of division. In other words, whenever split in mind, body, and social aspects, the human being as an object of study is unavoidably lost by all sciences.

THE TRUISM
As a reminder of the crucial importance of a good doctor-patient relationship, wholistically oriented, I regard the Bio-Psycho-Social Approach as a mere truism, that is, from an ethical clinical perspective how could it be otherwise? Would it be ethically acceptable for a doctor, or a psychologist or for any other health care professional to remain oblivious of a patient's social and psychological contexts, while focusing only on her/his concrete biological body?

ENTANGLEMENT: AN IMPOSSIBLE SPLIT
As for a model for the scientific study of diseases or diseased people, it necessarily faces a serious hindering: men and women are by no means a fusion of three separate layers. What gives rise to this emerging partition, whenever science takes the human being as an object of study, is not any ontological grounded reality No researcher will ever find a living human body that does not simultaneously correspond to a psychological self, inserted in a social context. This stems from the fact that human phenomena apprehended either by the corporeal route (Biological), or by the discursive-behavioral route (Psychological), or by the methods of the Social Sciences, although they appear to correspond to separate and well-defined layers, in fact emanate from an entity unique and indivisible. This tripartition is not in its essence, being nothing more than an artifact of an instrument, resulting from the methodological limitation of our approach to this object, the human being.
Every time we think any phenomenon is a biological, social or psychological pure event, we are deceived by a mirage!
Could human biological, psychological and social phenomena be said to be entangled as the subatomic particles?
