A great love, even when over,
Never dies, just for being love,
This glaring human paradox!
Logics don't apply here
Since heart never, ever obeys any rules,
Ignoring so-called 'reality' and its reasons,
Laughing aloud it proclaims:
"Let rationality for Physics,
Who brags as only true lover of the icy Math".
Even if mutual hate sprouts between lovers,
It is never an ersatz of the now dead love,
Nor does it become a ghostly, resentful feeling,
Or any kind of wandering spirit. None of that!
Even whether so lifeless as a stone,
Love keeps on being throughout eternity,
No matter nothing touchable remaining of it.
Is love paradox just another among our endless delusions?
Well, humans are essentially illusory, pretentious beings,
Having no choice but pretending to exist,
To hide being just tiny drops of nothingness!
Could it be that when love leaves scene,
Freed from space-time, this mere trick of divine illusionist,
Lovers keep bound as if in a quantum entanglement?
Could love be so spooky as the bond between some particles
Which, if at some point interacted as a pair,
They keep doing it forever as if ignoring space,
Even when millions of light-years away?
Einstein took such a particles entanglement,
For an absurd, provisional notion to be soon surpassed.
Disdaining all modesty, I daresay:
Albert's error was due to his inability to see microparticles as analogous to lovers' hearts!
Whoever once loved knows very well
How messy and 'non-local' are all deep attachments!
Don't worry, nor cheer up, over a finished, dead love,
Nietzsche states everything will return to be,
Infinite times throughout Eternity!
Heavenly or hellish moments of our lives will repeat,
As they already did in the past, and will do in the future.
There's absolutely no way to escape it, folks!
Might God, proving He is not dead,
As that mustachioed once argued,
Keep us protected from such a repeating nightmare,
Perhaps no more than a sadistic Nietzschean joke!
Why so scared of a metaphysical conjecture?
Well, don't you hate your ex-lovers,
Who symmetrically hate you?
Or do you love your ex-haters,
Who also love to hate you?
